Existing research has long separated the evolution of carbon-based life, the development of silicon-based intelligence, and the process of human civilization, failing to build a unified underlying analytical framework for complex systems across natural and social sciences. Meanwhile, the lack of deep anchoring between the evolution of complex systems and the core laws of thermodynamics has led to long-term phenomenal descriptions of the rise and fall of systems and the advancement of intelligence. As the final work of the "General Agent Dynamics" series, based on the original theoretical system of General Agent Dynamics (with Domain Entity Theory as the core ontology), this paper first clarifies the three core constitutive requirements and full-cycle dynamic laws of the domain as the core unit of open complex system evolution, and completes the full-scale universality verification from microscopic carbon-based life to macroscopic silicon-based intelligence. On this basis, it systematically anchors the underlying corresponding relationship between domain evolution and the second law of thermodynamics and dissipative structure theory, and clarifies the underlying isomorphic relationship between domain alienation and system entropy increase, as well as domain dynamic reconstruction and system entropy decrease. Finally, it constructs a unified dynamic framework for civilization evolution and intelligence evolution, defines civilization as a "super-large-scale nested domain cluster", anchors the core of intelligence evolution to "the systematic improvement of domain coupling efficiency and steady-state maintenance capability", and explains the unified underlying logic of civilization rise and fall, governance model differences and intelligence advancement. The study shows that the General Agent Dynamics system can provide a reference for breaking through the full-scale evolution law from microscopic individuals to macroscopic civilization, from carbon-based life to silicon-based intelligence, providing a new paradigm with both universality and rigor for complex system research. 现有研究长期将碳基生命演化、硅基智能发展与人类文明进程割裂分析,始终未能构建跨越自然科学与人文社科的复杂系统统一底层分析框架,同时缺乏对复杂系统演化与热力学核心规律的深度锚定,导致对系统兴衰、智能进阶的解释长期停留在现象描述层面。本文为《通用智能体动力学》系列研究的收官之作,基于原创的通用智能体动力学理论体系(核心本体为领域实体论),首先明确领域作为开放复杂系统演化核心单元的三大构成要件与全周期动力学规律,完成从微观碳基生命到宏观硅基智能的全尺度普适性验证;在此基础上,系统锚定领域演化与热力学第二定律、耗散结构论的底层对应关系,明确领域异化与系统熵增、领域动态重构与系统熵减的底层同构关系;最终构建文明演化与智能进化的统一动力学框架,将文明定义为「超大尺度嵌套领域集群」,将智能进化的核心锚定为「领域耦合效率与稳态维持能力的系统性提升」,阐释文明兴衰、治理模式差异与智能进阶的统一底层逻辑。研究表明,通用智能体动力学体系可为打通从微观个体到宏观文明、从碳基生命到硅基智能的全尺度演化规律提供参考,为复杂系统研究提供兼具普适性与严谨性的全新分析范式。
