Abstract

This paper presents a first-person diagnostic account of a multi-condition clinical presentation reframed as a single upstream governance architecture failure at the pituitary relay station. Using geometric coupling theory, the pituitary emerges as a critical nodal point in systemic health regulation, with implications for understanding why multiple seemingly unrelated conditions may trace to a single relay failure.
