This paper presents a structural mapping from possibility to observed datum within the Paton System. Tier 2 represents the space of potential trajectories generated recursively. Tier 3 applies admissibility constraints, including spatiotemporal alignment and gravitational structure, filtering possible states into structurally coherent outputs. Tier 4 presents the observed datum as a constrained projection of admissible structure. Observable phenomena such as black holes, mirages, and visual displacement demonstrate that what is present is not always directly visible. Observable structure may appear folded, distorted, or mirrored due to constraint and spacetime geometry. Observation at Tier 4 reflects admissible structure rather than total possibility. The framework also outlines future plausibilities across domains including AI, human, nonhuman, and Tier 2 datum manipulation, describing how advanced systems may interact with admissible structure without violating constraint. These include modulation of anti-matter sequencing, gravitational alignment, and frequency depth interactions. This work provides a conceptual visualization of how possibility is filtered into admissible structure and how observation is shaped by constraint, without introducing new physical laws.
