D4.2 - INDUX-R users training and upskilling material outlines the strategy for the design, implementation, and dissemination of training workshops within the INDUX-R project. INOVA+ leads the coordination of the workshops, working closely with Use Case Leaders to ensure the content is tailored to the needs of the end-users, while the C&D Manager supports the communication and dissemination efforts. The deliverable is structured into several key sections. Section 1 introduces the training activities and the project’s objectives. Section 2 outlines the training approach, detailing how the training plan was developed and refined through bilateral meetings with the Use Case Leaders, ensuring alignment with technical progress and user needs. Section 3 presents the training activities per use case, defining the curricula for each use case, and highlighting the role of Use Case Leaders in both developing content and conducting the workshops. Section 4 focuses on the creation and ongoing development of the Training Toolkit, which will gather all training materials and be hosted on the project website. It will be updated throughout the project and made available for dissemination. Finally, Section 5 discusses the long-term use and exploitation of the toolkit, emphasising its role as an exploitable result for the project, and outlining the exploitation roadmap for its future uptake. The Training Toolkit will be accessible via the project website and will serve as a dynamic resource for ongoing learning, ensuring that the materials are widely disseminated and used beyond the project’s duration.
