The fine-structure constant α⁻¹ = 137. 036, the electroweak mixing angle sin²θW = 0. 23122, and the gauge group U (1) ×SU (2) ×SU (3) are derived without free parameters from a single non-invertible projection Π: ℝ⁴×S¹ (τ) → ℝ⁴ of a neutral Majorana bulk field Ξ = CΞ̄. All three constants are outputs of the same Fibonacci lattice in ℤ√5: α⁻¹ is the squared norm of the boundary Fibonacci matrix M; sin²θW is the ratio of its non-abelian diagonal to its trace. Both factor through the spectral norm S = nₘin · r = 10. Electromagnetism and the electroweak interaction are two chiral readings of the same residue σ = α⁻¹ at two levels of the coherence cascade — not two separate forces unified by ansatz. The deepest unity: both are properties of the single Noether surface Σ: ξη = α⁻¹, where ξ and η are the longitudinal (gravitational) and transverse (electromagnetic) chiral projections of Ξ. Maxwell and Einstein emerge as the two chiral limits of one unified boundary equation. The Wheeler–DeWitt obstruction is resolved: the bulk is timeless; the boundary is irreversible because π ∉ Q̄ (√5) — a theorem of pure mathematics. A falsifiable prediction: palindromic mode-weight pattern 1, φ, φ, 1, 0 at the golden lock-in EZ/Δ = φ² in existing InAs/Al datasets.
