QSTH 7. 4 — Regime Settlement and Interface Readout develops the condensation line as a focused reading of the last still not fully closed layer of the mechanical axis Csel → Cstab → H → Dset. Its main theme is not the mere emergence of a readable form, but the question of regime settlement: in what carrying regime a form is actually borne, compatible, and manifestable. In this way, the publication continues the audit discipline of QSTH 7. 2 and QSTH 7. 3 while concentrating specifically on the difference between Dset-A as carried readability and Dset-B as true regime settlement. The central contribution of the document is that it refuses to treat settlement as a simple terminal label of the mechanistic axis. A form may already be readable and delineable, and still not yet be genuinely settled in a compatible carrying regime. QSTH 7. 4 therefore clarifies that between carried readability and manifest form there lies a finer layer of carrier regime, interface readout, regime compatibility, and manifestation threshold. This move transforms settlement from a vague endpoint into an internally differentiated and auditable problem. A major working result of the publication is the proposal to read Dset-B through the preferred working form Dset-B = (Rd Lₒ) (Cg Mf), with the threshold condition Dset-B > θB. Here the first bracket corresponds to readable and operationally delineable form, while the second corresponds to regime compatibility and manifestation. The point of this formulation is not to claim a finished physical law, but to provide the first disciplined CORE-level filter by which settlement can be approached as an auditable layer rather than as a verbal afterthought. The publication deepens this working form by introducing its first internal anatomy, a settlement taxonomy, and a minimal set of interface readouts. It distinguishes pre-settlement, weak settlement, conditional settlement, stable settlement, and fully manifest settlement, and proposes four minimal readouts: stable readability, operational delineability, regime compatibility, and manifest crossing beyond latent mode. In this way, 7. 4 moves beyond pure conceptual clarification and begins to supply the first audit grammar for reading whether a form is not merely visible, but genuinely carried. Another important feature of QSTH 7. 4 is its methodological restraint. The text explicitly avoids claiming a new ontology, a new extra-dimensional theory, or a finished theorem of settlement. Instead, it treats interface readout as the minimum legitimate reading layer of the boundary: enough to speak about settlement in an audit sense, but not enough to pretend that the full micro-ontology of hidden states has already been solved. This restraint is one of the strengths of the publication, because it preserves a clear separation between CORE, CAND, and horizon motifs. QSTH 7. 4 should therefore be read as the publication that turns Dset-B into a genuine mid-series research object. It does not open a new branch outside the condensation line; rather, it deepens the final part of the already existing architecture. In this sense, 7. 4 is the disciplined bridge between the deepening of Dset in QSTH 7. 3 and the later search for missing closure in QSTH 7. 5. Without 7. 4, the distinction between readable form and truly settled form would remain too weak; with it, the condensation line gains a more precise language of carrying regime and manifest settlement. Relation to QSTH 7. 2 and 7. 3QSTH 7. 4 should be read as the direct continuation of the line opened by QSTH 7. 2 and deepened by QSTH 7. 3. QSTH 7. 2 provided the first full mechanistic completion of the axis Csel → Cstab → H → Dset and the audit classes of passage; QSTH 7. 3 then showed that Dset itself cannot remain a flat terminal point and must be read as a deep layer with the distinction Dset-A / Dset-B. QSTH 7. 4 takes the next necessary step: it asks how Dset-B can be read as a carrying regime and a settlement problem, and supplies the first preferred working form, readouts, and taxonomy for this purpose. It therefore does not replace 7. 2 or 7. 3, but refines the most sensitive layer that they opened.
