The research aimed to discover the effectiveness of implementing artificial intelligence applications in developing technological creativity for students of the higher basic stage in Palestine, the researchers used the Quasi-experimental design, and the researchers programmed and designed artificial intelligence applications for the unit (remote sensing and control) from the technology book for the eighth grade. The researchers prepared the research tool (technological creativity test). It was applied to the research sample, which consisted of eighth grade students at Saad bin Abi Waqas Basic School (B), affiliated to the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education, where their number reached (72) students, they were divided into two groups, the first (control) studied without expose them to AI, and the second (experimental) and studied by applying artificial intelligence, during the first semester of the academic year (2021-2022).The results of the research resulted in the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the average scores of the students of the control group and the average scores of the experimental group students in the post-technological innovation test, in favor of the experimental group, in addition to the fact that the application of artificial intelligence achieved effectiveness at the rate of earning Black (1,297) in the technological creativity test for eighth graders.
