ABSTRACT This paper provides a complete UD theory description of antimatter, from physical image to quantitative derivation. Normal matter is the co-rotating stable combination of DD (matter condensation) and DU (quantum fluctuations). Dark matter is UD (space condensation), which exerts an additional attraction on DU. Antimatter is the critical state where the actions of DD and UD on DU balance, derived from the UD field equations. The phase flip dynamics is derived from the time-dependent UD field equation, showing that at the critical point the effective potential becomes flat, the phase becomes unstable, and flips by π. The annihilation energy is Eₐnn = 2mₑ c² = 1. 022 MeV, producing the observed 511 keV gamma-ray line. The predicted 511 keV flux correlates with the square of the dark matter density, testable by future observations. KEY FINDINGS 1. Normal matter is the co-rotating stable combination of DD and DU; antimatter is the counter-rotating state with phase difference Δθ = π. 2. Dark matter UD exerts an additional attraction on DU, acting as a "third party" that can destabilize the normal matter pairing. 3. The critical equilibrium condition is derived from the UD field equations: m₀² ⟨DU|DD⟩ = α ⟨DU|UD|DU⟩. 4. At the critical point, the effective potential for the phase becomes exactly flat, Vₑff (θ) = 0, allowing the phase to flip by π. 5. Annihilation energy is precisely Eₐnn = 2mₑ c² = 1. 022 MeV, matching the observed 511 keV gamma-ray line. 6. The 511 keV flux should correlate with the square of the dark matter density, testable by future observations of dwarf galaxies and galaxy clusters. 7. The stringent critical condition explains why antimatter is rare in the universe. ELIMINATED ASSUMPTIONS - Antimatter as independent entity → Flipped phase state of DU- Matter-antimatter asymmetry as initial condition → Consequence of stringent critical equilibrium- Annihilation as mysterious process → DU reorganization with UD- Free parameters in annihilation → Energy precisely 2mₑ c² Keywords: UD theory, antimatter, annihilation, 511 keV line, phase flip, dark matter
