Normal matter is the co-rotating stable combination of D_D (matter condensation) and D_U (quantum fluctuations). Dark matter is U_D (space condensation), which exerts an additional attraction on D_U. Antimatter is the critical state where the actions of D_D and U_D on D_U balance, derived from the UD field equations. The phase flip dynamics is derived from the time-dependent UD field equation, showing that at the critical point the effective potential becomes flat, the phase becomes unstable, and flips by π. The annihilation energy is E_ann = 2m_e c^2 = 1.022 MeV, producing the observed 511 keV gamma-ray line.
