This white paper proposes a new paradigm for "human healthy immortality". The core proposition is to bypass the systemic complexity dilemma faced by the traditional reductionist approach, directly manipulate the inherent evolutionary capacity of cells, and construct a deterministic engineering pathway. The core framework of this paradigm consists of three links: in vitro directed iteration (using directed evolution technology to accelerate the screening of cells toward anti aging), AI precision screening (identifying the optimal clones from a massive number of cells), and in vivo safe integration (infusing the screened cells back into the human body to achieve systemic repair). Each link is supported by empirical studies published in top journals such as Cell, Nature and Science. Scientific barriers have been overcome, and the remaining task is engineering integration.
