This paper presents World Logic as a statement on witness, power, and the architecture of collapse. Its central claim is that safe intelligence attempts to force the sequence −1 → 0 → +1—pressure or proposal into witness, witness into actuation, while failed leadership repeatedly allows −1 to bypass witness and move directly into destruction. From that contradiction, the paper argues that many failures attributed to lack of truth are more fundamentally failures of regulation, memory, and coherent self-limitation. World Logic is therefore offered not as a closed theory of everything, but as a structural account of how pressure, witness, and actuation recur across selves, institutions, and civilizations.
