La Profilée (LP) establishes that persistent systems under real transformation must satisfy the structural condition IR = R / (F · M · K) ≤ 1 While full operationalisation is implemented within the protected LP becoming framework, this note demonstrates that the LP diagnosis is publicly verifiable without disclosing the underlying instrument. Using Intel as a case study, it is shown that under a wide range of conservative, publicly reconstructable proxy assumptions, the system remains structurally above the persistence threshold. The result is therefore not dependent on internal calibration, but on the observable structure of the system itself.
