Under the dual imperatives of Rural Revitalization and the "Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Project," the revitalization of ancient villages in Foshan is undergoing a paradigm shift from "physical restoration" to "systemic reconstruction." This study integrates Lefebvre’s theory of the production of space with Actor-Network Theory (ANT) to construct an analytical framework of "cultural capital-social network-spatial evolution." By comparing Ruxi Village in Nanhai (transition phase via art intervention) with Fengjian Water Village in Shunde (mature phase of cultural tourism), the paper deeply deconstructs the dynamic game mechanisms of multiple actors in spatial practice, representation, and the endowment of meaning. The findings indicate that the lineage network, as a distinctive social capital in the Lingnan region, functions as an activation mechanism for resource mobilization and interest "translation" during the transition phase, while evolving into a defensive mechanism to maintain community resilience and counteract spatial alienation and cultural hollowization during the mature phase. To address the governance inefficiency caused by the "universalization" of traditional evaluation systems, this study innovatively proposes a "context-aware" adaptive effectiveness assessment model. By dynamically adjusting the weights of spatial, economic, social, and cultural dimensions across different developmental stages of villages, the model achieves a shift from static performance appraisal to dynamic risk diagnosis. The conclusions provide a scientific basis for category-based governance of ancient villages, aiming to guide governance logic from "experience-based decision-making" toward "scientific guidance." This research offers a Lingnan sample and theoretical support for resolving the conflict between the protection and development of rural heritage in the process of Chinese modernization.
