Addressing the current challenges in student management at technical schools—including low levels of digitalization, poor coordination among multiple stakeholders, and insufficient functional adaptability—this paper proposes and designs a collaborative education and management system tailored for technical schools. Built on the ThinkPHP 6.0 + MySQL + Redis technology stack and featuring a modular architecture, the system integrates collaborative functions among multiple stakeholders—including students, teachers, parents, and school administrators—and encompasses 14 core modules, such as class management, student management, dormitory management, attendance management, reward and disciplinary records, and home-school co-education. Through process optimization and data sharing, the system achieves full digitalization of the student management workflow, efficient multi-party collaboration, and data-driven decision support. Pilot implementation has validated that the system operates stably and is user-friendly, significantly enhancing student management efficiency and the effectiveness of collaborative education. It provides a viable solution and practical reference for the digital transformation of student management in technical and vocational schools. 针对当前技工学校学生管理中存在的信息化水平低、多方协作不畅、功能适配性不足等问题,本文提出并设计了一套面向技工学校的共育共管系统。系统基于 ThinkPHP6.0+MySQL+Redis 技术栈,采用模块化架构设计,整合学生、教师、家长、学校管理部门等多主体协同功能,涵盖班级管理、学生管理、宿舍管理、考勤管理、奖惩记录、家校共育等 14 个核心模块。通过流程优化与数据共享,实现了学生管理全流程信息化、多方协作高效化、决策支持数据化。经试点应用验证,系统运行稳定、操作便捷,显著提升了学生管理效率与协同育人效果,为技工学校学生管理数字化转型提供了可行方案与实践参考。
