This report tracks the impact coming from all the activities of the MaX team during the first 24 months of the project. It discloses the different groups on which the MaX activities have the potential to impact, and details the actual impacts achieved on each of them. We report on the outcomes of the technical Work Packages of MaX, and how these have been translated to the different target groups. We also describe the dissemination, communication, and stakeholders’ engagement activities carried out to maximize those impacts. A crucial goal of MaX is to make an impact in the community of users of quantum materials modelling codes, boosting their uptake, most importantly in the context of the most advanced and powerful HPC infrastructures available and to come. We present the results, in terms of impact, of actions taken in the technical work-packages of MaX towards this goal. Particularly important in this respect is the outcome of the efforts to deploy all the MaX codes in the principal EuroHPC machines currently available. The systematic benchmarking work has produced a series of data which are of great utility to the community of users to adopt these codes in the EuroHPC infrastructures. A key part of the strategies to maximize the impact of the project lies in the Communication, Dissemination, and Training actions. The outcomes of these are described in detail in this deliverable. We analyze the achievements made in different communication channels (social media, webpage, newsletter, brochures), as well as the dissemination of results in publications, conferences and other events.
