This document provides a public dependency statement for the paper series associated with the General Theory of Cognitive Structuring. Its purpose is to clarify the dependency criteria under which the series may be read as a non-circular theoretical development. The note distinguishes logical dependency from textual cross-reference, retrospective clarification, and synthetic integration. It specifies what counts as a dependency node, what counts as a dependency edge, and in what sense the core definitional and proposition-level structure of the series is representable as a directed acyclic graph. The document also introduces a controlled node and edge taxonomy for dependency analysis and explains why several apparent cycles in the series do not count as logical cycles under the stated criteria. This note is intended as a self-contained public aid for external verification of the structural order of the series. It should be read together with the companion documents on terminology, dependency tables, and formal traceability.
