This paper presents a quantitative theoretical model for heat stroke based on the 9-Keel unified pathological theory and the four-dimensional D(t) homeostasis imbalance index. By setting a temperature-dominant weight coefficient in the D(t) formula, the study quantifies the progression stages of heat stroke and defines the critical threshold for thermoregulatory failure. The model focuses on the core pathological feature of uncontrolled core temperature elevation in heat stroke, and provides a standardized framework for early warning of acute thermoregulation-related life-threatening conditions. This is a pure theoretical research, and all models require clinical validation before practical application.
