This series of three papers constitutes the deepest layer of the Quantum Core Framework. Paper~19 (Information Geometry as the Mathematical Foundation) proves that the three fundamental constants GG, cc, and ℏℏ are not irreducible inputs but emerge as macroscopic parameters from the information geometry of the underlying quantum bit network: cc is the Lieb-Robinson velocity of information propagation, ℏℏ is the minimal quantum Fisher information per qubit, and GG is the ratio of the physical metric scale to the information metric scale, determined by the network's entanglement density and core degeneracy. Paper~20 (Dynamics of the Quantum Core Network) derives the explicit master equation governing the evolution of entanglement deficit, establishes the critical threshold ⟨δ⟩=Imax⟨δ⟩=Imax from first principles, and describes the microscopic mechanism of the topological phase transition---edge severing, node fusion, and spontaneous condensation into the Kitaev ν=6ν=6 phase. Paper~21 (Emergence of the Planck Core) eliminates the final background assumption of the framework by proving that the Planck core is not a postulate but the inevitable topological defect formed when the network reaches criticality, with all its physical properties emerging as collective parameters of the Kitaev ν=6ν=6 Ising anyon phase. Together, these three papers close the logical chain of the Quantum Core Framework: no fundamental constants, no background structures, and no free parameters remain. The complete universe emerges from a single quantum information network governed by three axioms.
