Abstract: The gravitational waves detected by LIGO in 2015 serve as the first hammer to shatter the "geometric illusion of spacetime. " The fact that gravitational waves traveled from a black hole merger 1. 3 billion light-years away and took 1. 3 billion years to reach Earth directly refutes the mystical misreading that "when light travels at speed, time stops and distance vanishes to zero. " Based on the CSSD framework (Substantial Spacetime Dynamics), this paper takes gravitational waves as its logical starting point to systematically audit the three major misunderstandings in the history of science: 1) The Bandwidth Fallacy: misinterpreting the constitutive refresh rate Cs of substantial spacetime in Maxwell’s equations as the particle motion velocity c; 2) The Protocol Fallacy: misinterpreting the logical resource depletion as v approaching Cs as "time stops"; 3) The Fuse Fallacy: misinterpreting Cs² (constitutive strength) in the Schwarzschild radius as the square of velocity, disguising a physical fuse zone as a "geometric singularity.
