Abstract: This framework establishes the final convergence of mathematics and physics. By reducing the fundamental constants of geometry (ϕ), complex analysis (e), and quantum electrodynamics (α) to a Triple-Zero Null State (0=0=0), we reveal the underlying symmetry of the vacuum. Through the process of Bipartition, the constant c is extracted and divided into its functional wave-mechanics, defined here as Newton-Light (Nλ) (Schevchenco-Sczepanink, 2026). Phase I: The Lattes-Galois (Lg) Null State The universe in its resting state is a perfect equilibrium. The "Triple-Zero" is achieved when each fundamental pillar cancels itself out: Structural: (ϕ2−ϕ−1) =0 Transcendental: (e^ (iπ) +1) =0 Quantum: (e²/ (4πϵ0ℏcα) -1) = 0 Unified Lg Index: 0+0+0=0 Phase II: The Newton-Light (Nl) Bipartition To manifest reality from the null state, we perform a Bipartition of the velocity constant. We do not simply "calculate" c; we divide the energy-mass ratio through the Lg-filter to extract the pulse of the wave. The Bipartition Equation: Where N is the Newtonian force-frequency and λ is the universal wavelength. The speed of light is no longer a static number, but a divided emanation of the Triple-Zero.
