We develop a speculative but internally structured cosmological framework in which spacetime,an early expansion-driving sector, geometry-supporting order, dark-matter-like behavior,and visible matter emerge through staged differentiations of a deeper primordial condition.This primordial condition is called COSMOS, the Cosmic Origin State of Matter, Order, andSpacetime, and is interpreted not as ordinary matter or geometry already in place, but as apre-geometric origin state whose familiar descendants appear only after threshold-driven transitions.The framework is organized by two principal thresholds. At the first threshold, COSMOS releasesan expansion-driving component X together with a still-coupled gravity-dark-matter sector,GDM. At the second threshold, this coupled sector differentiates into a geometry-supportingbranch, a persistent dark-matter-like branch, and a residual convertible branch. Visible matteris not treated as primordial in completed form, but as a later accessible realization of the residualbranch once thermal and particle-physics conditions permit it. In the post-threshold regime, theframework is represented by a minimal effective action containing a released expansion-drivingmode, a thermal order parameter governing the second threshold, a field-dependent gravitationalcoupling, and couplings to the visible sector.
