Abstract: This paper, within the CSSD (Cui's Substantial Spacetime Dynamics) framework, carries out a fundamental hierarchical restoration of the relationship between mathematics and logic. By establishing the Logical Matrix (TAO) as the sole dynamic source (E, Entity) and mathematics as its parametric representation system (R, Representation), this paper reveals mathematics' absolute dependence on logic—without logic, mathematics cannot be established. Mathematics is "discovered" rather than "invented," its truth residing in its consistency with the instantiated and potential structures within TAO. Through the Right of Instantiation Audit, this paper systematically diagnoses first-rate contemporary theories, exposing their "last-yard" ontological deviations.
