This paper demonstrates that the arrow of time is not an additional postulate within the Planck Core Framework, but an intrinsic and inevitable consequence of its dynamical structure. Two irreducible mechanisms supply the temporal direction. First, Axiom~2 (gravity as entropic force) endows the entanglement network with a rigorous, monotonically increasing global entropy function, providing a Lyapunov functional that distinguishes forward from reverse temporal evolution. Second, the decoherence mechanism established in the framework's foundations of quantum mechanics provides a precise microscopic boundary between the "past"—the set of decohered classical records that are irreversibly fixed—and the "future"—the set of entanglement branches that remain open. The cosmological expansion, including the inflationary phase, is shown to be a particular manifestation of the same entropic drive, not an independent temporal arrow. The low-entropy initial condition of the universe is derived as a necessary consequence of the network's emergence from nothing, eliminating the need for fine-tuned boundary conditions. The arrow of time is thus elevated from a contingent cosmological puzzle to a logical necessity of the quantum information network underlying physical reality.
