Deliverable 6.1 Dissemination and Communication Plan

This document is part of the Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation work package - WP6. The Dissemination and Communication Plan (DC – Deliverable (D) 6.1) is introducing the overall engagement approach that CYCLOPES will follow and respect for 60 months and beyond. The DC Plan ensures efficient internal and external communications, as well as proper dissemination activities. The detailed plan recognises a variety of audiences and their respective needs and special interests. This is to ensure that the targeted audiences will be apprised of the most pertinent results stemming from the project. To realise maximum benefits from the project’s achievements, audiences will be encouraged to be actively involved with the project itself. This plan will describe the means and the keymessages necessary to approach relevant stakeholders in an appropriate way, as well as how to maintain continuity of the relationship between them and the CYCLOPES consortium. The DC Plan will be updated periodically (every 1.5 years) after its creation. The follow up of the DC Plan will track dissemination progress and provide additional direction and clarification to the activities according to the identified needs. Communication and dissemination activities will also be efficiently linked with exploitation activities of the project and the DC Plan will be updated together with the Exploitation Plan (EP).
