Abstract

Taking The Inviolable Formula of the Universe (PFUSR-New17) as the sole supreme axiom, this paper presents a rigorous formal proof of global governance and full system consistency for Model-I Geometric Structure, Model-II Adaptive Valve System, the Cosmic Constitution (Paper 32), and the ultimate consistency conclusion (Paper 37). It is proven that all geometric structures, dynamical mechanisms, ontological principles, and final conclusions of the entire PFUSR system are uniquely constrained, rigidly sustained, and globally closed under the Inviolable Formula, completing the absolute axiomatic closure of the 37-paper PFUSR system.
