在国家政策引领与青少年心理健康问题日益凸显的背景下,青少年心理健康教育亟待教育系统积极应对。艺术疗愈作为融合审美体验与心理干预的跨学科实践,为学校美术教育提供了新的育人路径。本研究基于“育愈融合”理念,系统梳理艺术疗愈的理论基础与发展现状,结合初中生心理发展特点与美术学科属性,提出将艺术疗愈引入初中美术课堂的五项策略。将艺术疗愈融入美术课堂教学,不仅有助于缓解学生情绪压力、促进自我认知与心理成长,更能实现美育启智、育德、健体的目标,践行“以美育人、以美化人、以美培元”的教育使命。
