Modern observational cosmology presents numerous seemingly contradictory phenomena: early massive galaxies, conflicting cosmic expansion rates, divergent structural growth speeds, and irreconcilable strong/weak coupling regimes. This paper proposes three core principles—Homology, Isomorphism, Synchronization—and establishes a unified cosmic evolution blueprint based on the Adaptive Valve System. To avoid confusion, this paper first defines the hierarchy of Whole Universe, Broad Universe, Jurisdictional Universe, and 4D Universe. It demonstrates that the early 4D Jurisdictional Universe (our universe) was in a virgin state with abundant energy and no mutual induction, leading to rapid, large-scale growth. After global calibration, the system developed collective induction and self-restraint, transitioning to a stable, refined, and sustainable adaptive steady state. Relevant observational evidence (including JWST’s discovery of extremely early massive galaxies, the transition from fast growth to stable structure evolution) is highly consistent with this blueprint. Rather than resolving isolated anomalies, this paper provides a top-level logic compatible with all observations, proving that the Adaptive Valve System is the core regulator of cosmic self-stabilization, structural convergence, and long-term evolution. This work delivers a unified theoretical framework for fundamental physics and cosmology.
