To analyze the impact of organizational culture on employee retention in the healthcare sector, with special reference to Scudder Memorial Hospital, Ranipet. Organizational culture plays a vital role in shaping employee attitudes, satisfaction, and long-term commitment towards the organization. The study focuses on identifying key cultural factors that influence employees’ intention to stay. The research adopts a quantitative approach using primary data collected through structured questionnaires from hospital employees. Statistical tools such as descriptive analysis, correlation, and regression analysis are used to evaluate the relationship between organizational culture and employee retention. The findings reveal that a strong and positive organizational culture significantly enhances employee retention.
