A Data-Facing Audit of the 171Yb+ E3/E2 Optical Clock Ratio under Annual Solar Gravitational-Potential Variation A Frozen Clock-Ratio Falsification Matrix for the MMU Framework

This article presents a data-facing audit of the 171Yb+ E3/E2 optical clock ratio under annual solar gravitational-potential variation, within the canon-constrained Methane Metauniverse framework, abbreviated MMU. The purpose is not to claim empirical confirmation of MMU. Instead, the article defines a frozen clock-ratio falsification matrix and applies it to the official PTB-OAR Yb+ E3/E2 dataset. The tested residual model is y (t) = A DeltaU (t) /c2 + B, where y (t) is the fractional E3/E2 clock-ratio residual and DeltaU/c2 is the annual solar-potential regressor. The audit finds a positive coefficient A = (1. 09 +/- 0. 57) x 10^-7, with z = 1. 93 and p = 0. 053. The sign remains positive in all leave-one-out tests and in approximately 96 percent of leave-two-out tests. However, bootstrap and permutation tests remain non-decisive. The result is therefore classified as a positive, directionally robust, but statistically non-decisive trace. The article emphasizes that this is a data-facing, non-canonical audit. No MMU master equation, stiffness scaling, projection principle, K matrix, M matrix, or projector parameters are retuned. The result does not verify MMU; it defines a reproducible and falsifiable clock-test path. The paper also outlines future tests using Al+/Hg+, Sr/Cs, Yb/Sr, and possible heavy-ion or HCI clock comparisons. A full Python reproduction script with neutral file paths is included as an appendix.
