This article presents a critical-propositional analysis of Hugang Cui’s text, Spacetime Substantivalism 26: The 1.3-Billion-Light-Year Audit of Cosmic Entity Uniformity by Gravitational Waves — The Electromagnetic Photonic Materiality of the Logical Matrix, the Impossibility of Superluminal Speed, and the Origin and Physical Mechanism of Inflation, published on Zenodo with DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20149779. The analysis examines Cui’s proposal in confrontation with the Theory of Objectivity, especially with its axioms of modal necessity, its phenomenic elements, its Inducer Effects, its cosmogonic theorem, and its cosmological Eras. The article recognizes that the analyzed work offers a relevant operational bridge for dialogue with contemporary physics, particularly through its substantivalist interpretation of spacetime, its emphasis on gravitational waves as evidence of cosmic uniformity, its critique of isolated mathematical formalism, and its attempt to reinterpret inflation and cosmological singularity in terms of a logical-material matrix. At the same time, the text identifies points of tension between Cui’s model and the Theory of Objectivity, especially concerning the status of Nothing, the distinction between empirical void and Primitive and Eternal Mathematical Essence, the hierarchy of prior elements, the substance transcendent to the quantum, and the equivalence, within TO, between information/knowledge produced in atomic relations and atomic radiations. The analysis argues that Cui’s Logical Matrix and his electromagnetic-photonic logical-material pack may be read as derived physical-operational structures, but not as substitutes for the first modal foundation of the Theory of Objectivity. The article also articulates the debate with the foundational, recent, and supporting bibliography of TO, including discussions on gravitational waves, physical boundaries, the speed of light, transcendent information, the Expansive Inducer Effect, the Reductive Inducer Effect, the Antagonistic Era, the Era of Logical Tracks, the Centrifugal Era, and the Era of Units of Intelligence. In its conclusion, the article proposes an evaluation of the degree of dialogue between Cui’s article and the Theory of Objectivity, assigning it a high score, while conditioning this evaluation on the need for modal correction concerning Nothing, origin, and the nature of informational substance.
