This article presents a critical–propositional analysis of Hugang Cui’s Spacetime Substantivalism 33: A Constitutive Audit of the Electroweak Sector — Unifying Gravitational Wave Dynamics, Weinberg Angle Origin, and Higgs Mass via Dual-Protocol Interface Dynamics, published on Zenodo with DOI https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20371715. The study examines Cui’s constitutive audit of the electroweak sector in confrontation with the Theory of Objectivity, especially regarding the modal necessity of its axioms, phenomenic elements, Inducer Effects, cosmogonic theorem, and cosmological Eras. Particular attention is given to Cui’s reinterpretation of the vacuum expectation value as Global Lattice Cell-Unit Stress, the Weinberg angle as an Interface Impedance Angle, and the Higgs boson as a topological fracture of the photonic lattice. The article argues that Cui’s CSSD 33 establishes a significant dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity by seeking a logical layer prior to empirical parameters, criticizing the passivity of the vacuum, emphasizing boundary, interface, stress, protocol, and geometric reconciliation, and explicitly acknowledging the contribution of Cabannas and Silva to the discourse on the Modal Discipline of Objectivity. At the same time, the analysis identifies important points of modal tension. These include the need to distinguish Cui’s Logic Matrix from the primitive mathematical Nothingness of the Theory of Objectivity, the risk of reducing transcendent substance to a physical photonic substrate, the need for greater mathematical and empirical rigor in the proposed numerical relations, and the underdevelopment of plural observation as required by the fifth truth of the Theory of Objectivity. The final assessment assigns Cui’s article a dialogue score of 8.7 out of 10 in relation to the Theory of Objectivity. The text concludes that CSSD 33 is one of the most relevant points of contact between Cui’s substantial spacetime framework and the Theory of Objectivity, especially when read under the modal discipline that subordinates physical lattice structures to the prior necessity of objectivity, boundary, relation, observation, and transcendent information.
