Theoretical proposal investigating whether Casimir boundary conditions can modify squeezing dynamics through perturbations of the electromagnetic density of states (DOS). The work introduces the Fractal Casimir Optical Cavity (FCOC), presents a perturbative toy model, sensitivity analysis, and a proposed superconducting cQED analogue for experimental verification.
