This paper is part of a coherent research program developing an informationally emergent physical framework. P14 derives effective field-theoretic axioms from principles of informational minimization applied to the underlying discrete coherent substrate. The paper shows how standard structural assumptions of field theory emerge as optimal descriptions of stable informational configurations, rather than as fundamental postulates. The analysis provides a unifying perspective on the origin of field-theoretic principles, linking them directly to informational stability and coherence requirements. This result consolidates the transition from discrete informational dynamics to effective continuum field descriptions developed in subsequent papers. While this paper can be read independently, its full role is understood only within the complete sequence of papers (P00–P32).
