Memory is not a warehouse but a rhythm. This paper proposes that memory — across physics, biology, artificial intelligence, and philosophy — is resonance continuity: the persistence of harmonic intervals against entropy. Grounded in the MRME framework, it positions memory as the connective tissue binding the corpus: ensuring resonance, once established, endures. Nine falsifiable predictions are presented across physics (quantum coherence, cosmological relics), biology (neural oscillations, epigenetic inheritance), AI (state persistence, perturbation deepening), and philosophy (identity continuity).
