This paper is part of a coherent research program developing an informationally emergent physical framework. P09 reformulates dissipative and irreversible informational dynamics in terms of an effective Wick rotation. The paper shows how non-unitary, dissipative evolution arising from information loss and coarse-graining can be equivalently described through a complex-time reformulation at the effective level. This perspective provides a unified interpretation of dissipative processes and complexified dynamics, clarifying the relationship between irreversible informational evolution and effective quantum-like formalisms. The result offers a conceptual and mathematical bridge between microscopic irreversibility and effective analytic continuations commonly used in field-theoretic contexts. While this paper can be read independently, its full significance emerges only within the complete sequence of papers (P00–P32).
