We report a geometric isomorphism between the classical Chinese Twenty-Four Mountain geomantic compass and the Fiedler eigenvector phase space of protein contact networks, across three confirmed layers and one null-replication. Layer 1 (n=569): Golden enrichment p=0.0018; Danger depletion p=0.0003. Layer 2 (Theorem): Six Danger sectors = exact nodal set, offset std=0.000, |vector sum|=0.00000000. Layer 3 (n=336): Kan-type allosteric rate 85.7% vs Li-type 57.1%; OR=4.50, p0.37. Pipeline audit revealed 75-fold EGFR WT Danger discrepancy (0.7% vs 52.7% same PDB). Earlier claim (p=0.0005) not reproducible with standardized pipeline. Related: Genesis v8 doi:10.5281/zenodo.20252223; Paper N v3 doi:10.5281/zenodo.20253145.
