Statement of the problem. The growing number of non-standard houses, which have their own architectural, design and functional features, entails the need for innovative heating and ventilation systems, especially considering the use of translucent structures and thin ceilings with limited space for communications, which create additional difficulties. Results. Using the modern ANSYS software package, a study was conducted on the formation of a microclimate in a cottage using two variants of different types of heating and ventilation systems: 1) underfloor heating in conjunction with mechanical supply ventilation, with the distribution of air from under the floor; 2) heating with indoor floor convectors, ventilation using supply air valves and roof exhaust fans. Conclusions. Based on the analysis of the obtained results of numerical modeling of the parameters of the air-thermal regime of the cottage, the most rational solution is proposed for the organization of systems for ensuring the parameters of the air and thermal regime in accordance with regulatory requirements based on the use of modern energy-efficient technologies for residential buildings of this type.
