This record contains Paper 052 of the Enumiaze Research Program: a bounded computational particle-phenomenology audit of the U131 particle-codon branch. The manuscript consolidates particlecodonv1-v36 into a reproducible claim matrix. The strongest internal result is a Standard-Model-like one-generation quantum-number dictionary with electric charges generated by Q = T3 + Y/2 and vanishing anomaly sums inside the stated left-handed-Weyl convention. The paper also reports hierarchy-band audits for embedded CKM and PMNS reference rows. CKM magnitudes match a frozen symbolic hierarchy at 9/9 band level, while PMNS magnitudes match a large-mixing scaffold at 9/9 band level with Ue3 as the unique suppressed corner. A contrast audit separates CKM as diagonal-peaked and PMNS as distributed with large off-diagonal mixing. The paper explicitly blocks stronger claims: it does not derive CKM or PMNS numerical values, mixing angles, CP phases, fermion masses, Yukawa dynamics, gauge couplings, or the full Standard Model. Source code is not reproduced; mathematical definitions and pseudocode-level algorithms are provided for independent reimplementation.
