We present a corrected and extended rotation curve analysis of 42 galaxies from the SPARC catalog using the Guerrero si-FDM framework. This work resolves a critical core-halo parameter degeneracy identified in Paper 7 by implementing the internally consistent soliton core radius scaling relation rc (Mₕ) = 1. 5 kpc (Mₕ/M₂ₑ₈ₓ) ^0. 5 alongside a physically motivated NFW concentration prior from cosmological simulations (Duffy et al. 2008). By stabilizing the halo environment without adding free parameters, the framework achieves an outstanding 68% success rate (RMSE < 5 km/s) within the low-mass equilibrium domain (V₅₋₀ₓ < 100 km/s), up from the 36% baseline of Paper 7. The unphysical c limit optimization divergence is drastically reduced from 45% to 14%. Furthermore, we explicitly introduce three formal falsification criteria (Tests A, B, and C) using the LITTLE THINGS catalog as an independent cross-validation dataset to test the predictive boundaries of the quantum/non-linear dark matter fluid equations. This record contains the complete theoretical manuscript (Paper 8 of the series) and outlines the verification pipeline required for independent replication.
