This article examines modern organizational and economic methods for improving the operational efficiency of service enterprises under the conditions of economic modernization and increasing market competition. The study analyzes theoretical approaches to efficiency management in the service sector and evaluates the role of innovative technologies, digital transformation, strategic management, and resource optimization in enhancing enterprise performance. Special attention is paid to the application of modern organizational tools, including business process optimization, quality management systems, customer-oriented strategies, and digital service platforms. The research also investigates the impact of economic instruments such as investment activity, financial management, labor productivity, and cost optimization on the sustainable development of service enterprises. In addition, international experience in improving service sector efficiency is analyzed, and the possibilities of adapting advanced foreign practices to the economic environment of Uzbekistan are assessed. The study identifies key problems limiting enterprise efficiency, including insufficient technological integration, low innovation activity, limited financial resources, and management inefficiencies. Based on analytical assessments, the article proposes practical recommendations aimed at strengthening organizational management systems, accelerating digitalization processes, improving service quality, increasing competitiveness, and ensuring sustainable economic growth of service enterprises. The findings of the research may serve as an important scientific and practical basis for improving management mechanisms and increasing the effectiveness of service sector development in Uzbekistan.
