The observable universe is proposed to have originated from the topolog- ical annihilation of two quaternionic black holes one composed of matter (H+ = 1, e1, e2, e3) and one of antimatter (H−= e4, e5, e6, e7) in a ve-dimensional parent spacetime described by a single parent octonion Oₚarent ∈O. A mass asymmetry δM/M ∼6×10−10 satises all three Sakharov conditions without ne-tuning. The collision generates a residual nucleation tension Λₙucleation and an opposing term Λₒpp (t) governing the three-phase expansion history. H−undergoes QCD conne- ment at tQCD ∼10−5 s, which removes the H−anti-sump from cosmological scales and amplies the net T1 sump acceleration by a factor M/δM ∼109, establishing a0 = cH0/2π as the MOND scale. This single event generates baryogenesis, expansion history, dark energy, MOND phenomenology, and galactic structure from one parameter: the parent octonion. Narrative convention (Papers ILXXIV): The standard description of electroweak physics uses the language of spontaneous symmetry breaking the Higgs eld acquires a vacuum expectation value, SU (2) L × U (1) Y breaks to U (1) EM, and the W and Z bosons acquire mass through the Higgs mechanism. This language is computationally useful but is in conict with Elitzur's theorem, as established in Paper LXVI. The correct language, developed in Papers LXVILXX, is: ˆ The λ = 4 Fano mode condenses at the electroweak scale (not: SU (2) L breaks). ˆ The Fano condensation scale v = 246. 22 GeV (not: the Higgs VEV). ˆ The Z3 global symmetry breaks at the EW scale, which is allowed by Elitzur's theorem (not: local gauge symmetry breaks). ˆ The Fano Higgs condensation mechanism (not: the Higgs mechanism). ˆ The Mexican hat is the Fano lattice strain-energy functional set by topological frustration (Paper LXX) (not: an ad-hoc inserted potential). ˆ The W and Z bosons are Fano reconguration resonances (Paper LXVII), not particles eating Goldstone bosons. Where earlier papers (ILXV) use the standard language for historical continuity or computational convenience, the reader should understand these as shorthand for the correct Fano language. 18 Brane-Bulk Octonionic Series B.
