Angular momentum in the brane-bulk octonionic framework is the radial auxetic thickness mode of the Fano lattice, with its natural orientation perpendicular to the brane-bulk interface. When a rotating mass tilts the local brane-bulk normal ˆn, nearby matter aligns and accretes along the embrace direction. We show that this collective Lense-Thirring (LT) brane embrace unies cosmic structure across 25 orders of magnitude in length scale: from sub-parsec AGN jet collimation (the Archimedes screw extraction of Williams 2004) through cosmic laments and the December 2025 Oxford rotating lament discovery, to Quipu (1.3 Gly), the Giant Arc (3.3 Gly), the Big Ring (1.3 Gly diameter), and the Hercules-Corona Borealis Great Wall (10 Gly). The CMB Cold Spot is a region of brane tautness the Eridanus Supervoid brane stretched taut by surrounding laments, providing the missing 50 µK beyond the ISW contribution. The rotating Kerr black hole acts as an Archimedes screw conveying brane modes from the interior along the helical pitch of the LT brane deformation, eventually drilling through the brane into the bulk and nucleating a daughter universe.
