The Big Bang nucleation of the brane from the annihilation of two quater- nionic black holes H± imprints a small G2 tilt angle θG2 = arcsin(Ahemi) = 4.00◦on the brane, where Ahemi = 0.0698 is the observed CMB hemispherical asymmetry. The e7 axis of the G2 algebra serves as the axis of everything (AoE), seeding a specic geometry for the large-scale cosmic web. The Fano sheet the seven-dimensional hyperplane perpen- dicular to e7 captures overdense structure, while e7 itself aligns with underdense voids. We conrm six structural alignments from this single initial condition with zero free pa- rameters: (1) Virgo Cluster along e7 (θ = 19◦< 25◦); (2) CMB dipole direction along e7 (θ = 20◦< 25◦); (3) Great Attractor in Fano sheet (θsheet = 5◦< 20◦); (4) Perseus Cluster in Fano sheet (θsheet = 12◦); (5) Local Void in Fano sheet (θsheet = 10◦); (6) Ursa Major lament spine perpendicular to e7 (θ = 82◦≈90◦). The UMa lament acts as the tidal stabilizer of the residual tilt through an order-unity Weissenberg-number tidal force at z ∼40. The tidal eld at z ∼40 sources a quadrupolar anisotropy amplitude A2 ∼β c2 s(z⋆) Q⋆≃0.070 (for β = 0.91, Q⋆= 1.08, c2 s = 1/14), which matches the observed hemispherical asymmetry Ahemi = 0.070 ± 0.013. The Gaunt coecients for this modulation are computed: G(2) ℓ0,ℓ+2,0 ≈0.24 (at in ℓ), generating o-diagonal CMB covariance ∆C(2) ℓm,ℓ+2,m ≈0.24 A2 p CℓCℓ+2 IW that explains the quadrupole-octopole alignment anomaly.
