This extension project integrates active learning methodologies from the STHEM Brazil program into the teaching of metallic materials processing. It is aimed at undergraduate students in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering to strengthen their understanding of processing routes, microstructure–property relationships, and manufacturing fundamentals. Activities emphasize project-based learning, problem-solving, and applied technical analysis, fostering student engagement, autonomy, and practical engineering skills.
