Abstract This article presents the "Integrated Theory of Mind" (TIM), a biophysical and neuro-computational model that unifies the processes of cognition, emotion, and action under a single biological imperative: anticipating reality and minimizing the unexpected. Abandoning the fragmentation typical of classical neuroscience, TIM describes the brain not as a sequence of isolated components, but as a three-dimensional Architectural Matrix. The mind, governed by the Prognostica Mens (the vital rule of anticipation), is composed of Three Vectors of Interaction (the Three EGOs) operating in parallel, supported by Six Structural Nodes. To ensure formal clarity, the architecture of each node is investigated through an inseparable double lens: the Cognitive-Informational Domain (the logic of data and thought) and the Biophysical Domain (the neuroanatomical and energetic hardware). Through this framework, the mind reveals itself as a proactive architecture constantly striving to maintain a perpetual vital equilibrium (Allostasis) and to extract meaning from the chaos of the Discontinuum.
