Starting from first principles,this paper proposes a new self-consistent cosmic model and establishes three original basic postulates:the Ground State Vacuum Postulate,the Cosmic Velocity Stratification Postulate,and the Energy Confinement Postulate.It should be particularly noted that the three postulates of this model do not take particles as the core perspective,but take energy wave bodies as the basic ontology of the universe;the cosmic evolution follows a clear logical sequence:vacuum (velocity =0)fluctuation →energy wave bodies (light speed level velocity c)→superluminal speed causes energy wave bodies to converge to form stable topological structures (superluminal speed level,i.e.,the particle matter world and the inertial frame we are in),and the faster the internal superluminal speed,the more stable the formed topological structure. In this model,particles are not basic entities,but projections of topological structures formed by confined energy wave bodies in space;although particles appear to be in a confined state macroscopically,their interiors are always moving continuously at a group superluminal speed,presenting a vibration state similar to membranes or strings when observed from the outside.At the same time,the superluminal energy wave body confinement relative to the absolute reference frame is not an absolutely isolated confinement,and the topological structure of the energy wave body still maintains a close dynamic connection with the ground state vacuum (velocity =0). This paper takes the vacuum absolute reference frame S₀(absolute rest,zero energy,zero time)as the only physical benchmark of the entire universe,and completes the strict mathematical deductions of vacuum spontaneous symmetry breaking,group superluminal dynamics,energy confinement topological bound structures,particle spectrum generation, spatiotemporal gravitational structure,matter-antimatter annihilation mechanism,cosmic expansion,galactic redshift,and black hole topological model.It also conducts a comprehensive and objective quantitative consistency comparison with particle spectrum PDG measured data,QED (Quantum Electrodynamics)high-precision effects,and the ΛCDM cold dark matter standard cosmic model. The entire paper adopts a fixed parameter α=1.2 without additional adjustable free parameters.The overall consistency between the model and particle observation data is >99%,the average consistency with QED high-precision experiments is 99 .84%,and the overall average consistency with standard cosmology (expansion,redshift,black holes,etc.) is 98.7%.The research conclusions show that elementary particles are not traditional quantum field excitations,but superluminal energy confinement topological bound states; cosmic expansion is not the stretching expansion of spacetime itself,but the cosmic dynamic expansion driven by the energy confinement gradient after the spontaneous breaking of the vacuum ground state;galactic redshift is the cosmological Doppler effect caused by the superluminal speed level difference;black holes are the extreme topological states of ultimate energy confinement. This paper explains the underlying physical nature of vacuum fluctuation,cosmic origin, expansion,redshift,and black holes from the first principle level,supplements the detailed core mathematical deduction of the model,the falsifiability analysis,and the observable prediction items,further improving the academic rigor and testability of the model;at the same time,combining the international latest quark experimental results (LHC,EIC,Belle Ⅱ, Lattice QCD)from 2024 to 2026,completes the quantitative comparison between the model and the latest experiments,verifying the scientificity and applicability of the model. Furthermore,this paper resolves long-standing puzzles including the muon g−2 anomaly, W-boson CDF mass anomaly,black-hole information paradox,black-hole entropy origin,and Hubble tension under a unified theoretical framework.
