Title Spacetime Substantivalism 32: The Truth of the Graviton Confirmed by Gravitational Waves and the Grand Unification Reduction of Quantum Gravity — The Constitutive Audit, the Physical Restoration of Tesla's Dynamic Theory, and the Closure of Monistic Substantial Spacetime Dynamics (CSSD) Abstract Since the establishment of modern quantum mechanics in 1926 and Einstein's formulation of the geometric field equations of general relativity, the international theoretical physics community has long faced conceptual and mathematical difficulties in the domain of "quantum gravity." The core reason lies in analogizing gravity to the discrete particle exchange mechanism of the electromagnetic force, attempting to construct a hypothetical spin-2 propagator (the "graviton") on a flat background, which leads to non-renormalizable mathematical divergence terms in perturbative expansions. Observational evidence from gravitational waves has clearly revealed: gravitational waves propagate at the speed of light and exhibit continuous wave dynamics, directly negating the hypothesis of the graviton as a discrete particle exchange, and confirming the physical reality of spacetime as a "substantial material" possessing electromagnetic constitutive properties. Based on the framework of Cui's Substantial Spacetime Dynamics (CSSD), this study starts from the basic definitions of physical dimensions and cosmic constitution, introduces the Planck action quantum ħ into the core structure of general relativity, and derives a monistic continuous medium quantum gravitational field equation — the Unified Constitutive Field Equation.
