Abstract Human health is an integration of physical, mental and spiritual well – being. Emerging scientific interest emphasizes the strong connection between dietary patterns, gut health, emotional regulation and overall bio-energetic balance. Our diet has direct impact on the gut health & it plays a critical role in neurotransmitter production, immune modulation through the gut – brain axis, thereby influencing emotional and psychological states. These internal states are believed to reflect in the human bio-energy. This comparative pilot study explores the influence of plant-based and animal-based dietary patterns on the human bio-energy field using Kirlian Aura Photography, a non-invasive bio-electromagnetic imaging technique. Four male participants aged between 19 – 24 years were selected comprising two vegetarians and two non-vegetarians. Fingerprint bio-energy emissions from all ten fingers were captured using an aura imaging device at a certified wellness centre. The images were analysed for energy field expansion, chakra alignment, symmetry and energy disruptions. Vegetarian participants displayed comparatively balanced energy patterns with fewer energy breaks, whereas non-vegetarian participants showed greater irregularities and chakra imbalances. Although limited by the small sample size, the findings provide preliminary evidence suggesting that dietary patterns may influence the human bio-energy field, encouraging further interdisciplinary research integrating plant and animal-based diet patterns, bio-energetics and holistic health.
