Developed to address the critical gap between chronological aging, sudden medical crises (such as gonadotoxic oncology treatments), and the biological constraints of human fertility, this protocol operationalizes time as a manageable clinical variable. The framework outlines precise strategies for "bypassing the biological clock" through ultra-short stimulation protocols (OPART), cryo-preservation, and urgent chronobiological mapping. It establishes a rigorous methodological structure for acute time-deficit scenarios (Time-to-treatment windows), ensuring zero-delay gamete salvage.
