Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) circulation is governed bymechanically distributed couplings along the craniospinalaxis. This repository contains the complete mechanical modelof these dynamics. Anatomical asymmetries, respiratory mechanics, cardiacpulsation, and meningeal structures each play a defined andmeasurable role in organizing CSF flow. The model formalizesthese couplings through a state variable Psi and three derivedindices: T (torsion), Z (impedance), C (systemic coherence). No existing framework in the literature accounts for the fullset of mechanical couplings described here. The model makes concrete, testable predictions.
